Over your first month you'll subscribe to a base subscription + 1 week/month of workflow creation. During the workflow creation phase we'll go over your business to get a deep understanding of what you do and how your team works. We'll review all your processes and automate the ones you want as well as suggest automation opportunities based on what we perceive to make your team 10x more efficient.

What is included in the base subscription?

The base subscription grants you and your team access to the Exo desktop application, allowing them to use automations, connect their accounts and credentials, review executions and stay in the loop. The base subscription grants you: 10 user seats/mo, 100,000 executions/mo

What if I need more users or executions?

Additional users can be added for $10/mo. Above your base 100,000 executions, additional executions are priced based on volume: 100-250k: $4/1k execution, 250-1M: $3.5/1k execution, 1M-5M: $3/1k execution, 5M-10M: $2.5/1k execution, >10M: $2/1k execution

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

The workflow creation is meant to be temporary, kind of like having a team of automation experts actively work with you for a while then just maintain what's been built, so we actively encourage you to cancel your workflow creation subscription. As for the base subscription, cancelling it will mean losing access to the Exo software and thus to the workflows and executions data.

How long does it take to create a workflow?

While on average we ship workflows under a few hours, we set a 48 hours deadline to create any workflow (outside of any potential back-and-forth or question we may have). If we exceed that, we'll make sure to make things right with you by refunding a partial or the total amount of the subscription depending on the situation, at our discretion.

What kind of tasks can you automate?

Anything can be automated, we'll go over your business with your team and find their biggest painpoint, the task that they found boring, low-value and that could easily be automated. We can integrate with many tools and services, and use AI to 10x the impact of your team.

Do you provide training for my team?

Yes! We provide onboarding sessions to get your team comfortable with the Exo desktop app. We'll show them how to review executions, intervene when needed, and make the most of your automations.
